AMACO V-387 Bright Red underglaze is a deep crimson color that is vivid at 1050°C, darkens slightly at 1200°C, and becomes a deep cherry red at 1300°C. To ensure full coverage, apply 2-3 coats of the underglaze on leather-hard or bisque-fired clay. The AMACO Velet Underglazes are highly pigmented and will give saturated colors in a wide firing range.
