AMACO Opalescent

The opalizing glazes from the AMACO Opalescent series are designed for low-temperature firing (ca. 1050°C). They give the works a high gloss and beautifully emphasize the texture on ceramic works. It is worth using them in combination with colored clay or applying to works previously brushed with underglazes to increase the multidimensional effect.
