UG-203 SQUASH YELLOW underglaze

Mayco UG-203 Squash Yellow underglaze gives a warm yellow color when fired at low temperatures, which darkens slightly as the firing temperature increases. It fades with reduction firing. To obtain full coverage, apply 2-3 layers of the underglaze. For watercolor effect dilute the underglaze with water. The use of transparent, matte or glossy glaze will intensify the color. The firing temperature of Mayco Fundamentals underglazes ranges from 1000°C to 1300°C, however, the colors may change as the firing temperature increases.
