MKM Pottery Tools was founded in 2003 by Rick McKinney, who started by designing own tools still tests new designs in his studio. From the very beginning, the quality of the products was the top priority for the founder - that is why the patterns on MKM rollers are not laser cut, so the walls of the pattern are not sharp, but rounded. Thanks to this the roller releases perfectly without pulling up any clay.
