Diamond Grinding Disc 60 (coarse)

The Diamond Grinding Disc with 60 coarse grit is designed to remove easily heavy glaze or high-fired clay. This super-hard 8" (20,3 cm) grinding disc has a self-adhesive on the underside that allows it to be mounted directly to a potter's wheel or dedicated bat. They are made of backed metal plate with diamonds fused on it and thanks to this, has a higher hardness rating than silicon carbide abrasives. Installation: Select a smooth, clean, flat waterproof bat to dedicate. Draw centering rings on the bat. Peel and remove the red film from the back of the grind disc. Place the grind disc in the center on the bat, adhesive side down taking care to keep in the center. Press down and keep a weight of 10-15 kg on it overnight while flat for maximum bond. IMPORTANT!

• Carefully clean splash pans to remove all sharp debris
