Clay cutter and spoon-shaped stamp with a deep pattern that leaves a clear imprint in the clay and, after glazing, creates a distinct raised shaded relief.

The finished imprint measures 23 x 6 cm and is ideal for creating decorative ceramic spoons, pendants, small platters and incense holders.

The mandala is a symbol of fleeting harmony and transient beauty, but who said it has to disappear soon after completion? This wonderful spoon will give you satisfaction and stay with you forever. It looks beautiful under glazes with a rubbed effect, metallic sheen, as well as in a palette of earth and ocean colours.

Mandala Spoon Clay Cutter - How to use
  • Roll out the clay to an even thickness.
  • The pattern is heavily textured, so wait until the clay hardens (dries slightly) for the best impression.
  • Imprint the pattern, pressing gently to capture all the details of the mandala and the lines of the handle.
  • If the clay sticks, sprinkle it with potato flour before imprinting.
  • Cut out the shape with the cutter.
  • If you want to shape the spoon, lift or curve the bowl of the spoon.
  • Dry, fire and glaze.
