Mayco UG-32 Cocoa underglaze gives a honey-beige color when fired at low temperatures. As the firing temperature increases, the color looses the warm hue. To obtain full coverage, apply 2-3 layers of the underglaze. For watercolor effect dilute the underglaze with water. The use of transparent, matte or glossy glaze will intensify the color. The firing temperature of Mayco Fundamentals underglazes ranges from 1000°C to 1300°C, however, the colors may change as the firing temperature increases.
