AMACO V-353 Dark Green underglaze is a rich green color that is bright and saturated at 1050°C, darkens to a forest green at 1200°C, and becomes slightly darker at 1300°C. A clear glaze deepens the color of the underglaze significantly at any temperature. To ensure full coverage, apply 2-3 coats of the underglaze on leather-hard or bisque-fired clay. The AMACO Velet Underglazes are highly pigmented and will give saturated colors in a wide firing range.
