AMACO V-323 Salmon underglaze is a soft reddish pink that is light at 1050°C, and warmer and darker at 1200°C. At 1300°C, it maintains a browned pink color. A clear glaze over Salmon will accentuate and darken the color at 1050°C, 1200°C, and 1300°C.

A clear glaze over Salmon will accentuate and darken the color at 1050°C, 1200°C, and 1300°C. To ensure full coverage, apply 2-3 coats of the underglaze on leather-hard or bisque-fired clay. The AMACO Velet Underglazes are highly pigmented and will give saturated colors in a wide firing range.
