AMACO V-321 Lilac underglaze is a soft plum color, light at 1050°C, and warmer and deeper at 1200°C. Color will begin to burn out at 1300°C. A clear glaze over Lilac will accentuate the color at 1050°C and 5, and burn out much of the color at 1300°C.

To ensure full coverage, apply 2-3 coats of the underglaze on leather-hard or bisque-fired clay. The AMACO Velet Underglazes are highly pigmented and will give saturated colors in a wide firing range.
