Speeball Hematite is a high-gloss glaze with a black metallic finish that highlights any surface. Hematite shines like the dark mineral it represents. This formula prefers a thinner application. When fired to ca. 1200-1220°C, the glaze is glossy. When fired to 1220-1240°C, it becomes more metallic. For the best results, apply 2-3 thin coats with a fan brush.
