Mayco SW-177 RASPBERRY MIST stoneware glaze

Mayco SW-177 Rasberry Mist glaze when fired at 1240°C gives an intense raspberry red glaze; as the firing temperature increases, the pink color becomes more intense. The glazes from the Mayco Stoneware series are designed for firing in the temperature range of 1200-1300°C, in both oxidation and reduction atmospheres. Stir them well before use and apply on bisque in layers with a brush. The final appearance of the glaze will depend on the clay body used, the number of layers and the firing curve.
