Mayco SW-158 LILAC MATTE stoneware glaze

Mayco SW-158 Lilac Matte glaze creates a matte, lilac surface, which loses its color as the firing temperature increases. The glazes from the Mayco Stoneware series are designed for firing in the temperature range of 1200-1300°C, in both oxidation and reduction atmospheres. Stir them well before use and apply on bisque in layers with a brush. The final appearance of the glaze will depend on the clay body used, the number of layers and the firing curve.
