When fired at a low temperatures, Mayco EL-149 Lavender Flower glaze creates a shiny surface with a purple tint. As the firing temperature increases, the glaze becomes translucent and light purple discolorations appear on its surface. Mayco Elements glazes should be applied in layers with a brush. For best results, apply 3-4 layers of the glaze.
