When fired at a low temperatures, Mayco EL-143 Cactus Flower glaze creates a shiny surface with a brick red shade and light pink discolorations. As the firing temperature increases, the color changes to translucent, brown with gray discolorations. Mayco Elements glazes should be applied in layers with a brush. For best results, apply 3-4 layers of the glaze.
