Mayco EL-129 Slate glaze when fired at a low-range temperatures creates a shiny surface in shades of gray. As the firing temperature increases, the color changes to a translucent brown-blue. Mayco Elements glazes should be applied in layers with a brush; for best results apply 3-4 layers.
