SW-193 IVY stoneware glaze

Mayco SW-193 Ivy glaze produces an opaque, glossy, green color with opalescent gloss over texture. Crystals may form on the glaze surface. As the reduction firing temperature increases, the color becomes darker and crystals become bigger. The glazes from the Mayco Stoneware series are designed for firing in the temperature range of 1200-1300°C, in both oxidation and reduction atmospheres. Stir them well before use and apply on bisque in layers with a brush. The final appearance of the glaze will depend on the clay body used, the number of layers and the firing curve.
