Mayco SW-162 Pink Matte glaze creates a matte, pink surface, which becomes a transparent, powder-pink e as the firing temperature increases. The glazes from the Mayco Stoneware series are designed for firing in the temperature range of 1200-1300°C, in both oxidation and reduction atmospheres. Stir them well before use and apply on bisque in layers with a brush. The final appearance of the glaze will depend on the clay body used, the number of layers and the firing curve.
