SW-109 CAPRI BLUE stoneware glaze

Mayco SW-109 Capri Blue glaze produces a dark blue color with a satin finish. As the reduction firing temperature increases, color of the glaze becomes lighter and greenish. The glazes from the Mayco Stoneware series are designed for firing in the temperature range of 1200-1300°C, in both oxidation and reduction atmospheres. Stir them well before use and apply on bisque in layers with a brush. The final appearance of the glaze will depend on the clay body used, the number of layers and the firing curve.
