Mayco SW-176 Sandstone glaze, when fired at 1240°C, gives a creamy beige color containing brown crystals. As the firing temperature increases, the color brightens.
Description
We present you a combination of SW-166 Norse Blue with SW-176 Sandstone from Mayco Colors on light clay from Goerg & Schneider. On our sample, we applied 2 coats of SW-166 Norse Blue under 2 coats of SW-176 Sandstone and fired to cone 6, but you can also reverse the order and achieve stunning effects as well!
